Returns

You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unused

It is in the same condition as when received

It is returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luvianza.com. We will provide you with the instructions and the correct return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We place great importance on quality. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged or incomplete items:
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Please include your order details along with photos as evidence. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect item received:
If you have received the wrong item, contact us with your order details and photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed

In certain cases, partial refunds may apply (see below).

Important Information

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Returns must be sent using a tracked delivery service

Please keep proof of postage, including the tracking number and, where possible, photos

Returns must only be sent to the address provided by our customer service team
(shipments sent to any other address cannot be processed)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Tight-fitting clothing, underwear and swimwear

Opened cosmetic products, creams or oils

Gift cards

Personalised or made-to-order products

Other hygiene-sensitive items

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We do not currently offer free returns

The return label must be arranged by the customer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a separate new order.

Items showing signs of use

Items not returned in their original condition

Items damaged or incomplete for reasons not caused by our error
